• Los Angeles, CA to Orlando, FL - 3200 miles - averaging 80 miles per day

• Mile zero in Florida Keys to Lubeck, Maine - 3200 miles in 6 weeks

• Port Townsend, WA to MN - 2000 miles in approximately 4 weeks

• White Bear Lake, MN to Quebec City, Quebec - 2500 miles over 6 weeks

• Washington DC to Santa Cruz, CA - 4200 miles in 3 months in support of the Mayor's Ride to promote safe bike paths for children

• 10 rides across MN for TRAM - approximately 400 miles each - 5 days for each ride

• West Coast of France - 500 miles in 2 weeks

• Commuting to and from work during the summer months (hey, it is Minnesota) - 16 miles per day - 6 days a week
