If it is not practical to bring your JTB recumbent to Hugo, MN or an Authorized JTB Dealer, we will work with our customers to have pre-approved warranty work completed by a qualified bicycle repair business. With the instructions provided by the component manufacturers, many owners do their own routine maintenance. Our time challenged customers have maintenance work taken care of in Hugo, MN, at an Authorized JTB Dealer or have a qualified bicycle repair business do the work. Before Every Ride - you should inspect your JTB recumbent to make sure that the tires are inflated to the recommended pressure, the wheels and connecting rods are secure, brakes and shifting are working properly, the chain is properly lubricated, seats and steering arms are positioned for the people riding it and the safety flags are in their correct position.
